I've been relatively quite since my return haven't I? That may continue...
Life has been busy as always. Traveled across Ontario earlier this week to visit my fiancee for her birthday. It's a pain that she's always so far away... I've tried telling her that in this recession age jobs are hard to come by, so why bother with a university education! Apparently that's not a very convincing argument. At any rate, less than two months now and we'll be happily stuck together for the rest of our lives. I honestly can' wait!

In other news, I've got some *stuff* rendered so I may be uploading something soonish...

Just letting you all know. I've been busy this week with wedding planning and what not (my fiancee had the week off school). So I'm hoping to be able to be at least semi-active starting sometime next week.

I also have to redesign my CSS...

So... well I don't really know what to say... other than that I am sorry. Truly sorry. I feel ashamed that it took this long to get back on here (and everything on DA is so different...) The more time that passed the harder it was to write this...

I feel like my disappearance let you all down...

At any rate, it's almost been a year, and that's just not right. I'm asking for your forgiveness. Not that I deserve anything from anyone.

My year? Well, I started working at an industrial bakery shortly after moving back to Canada from Colorado. It was crazy shift work, with a seemingly incomprehensible schedule... every spare moment I had I spent with my then girlfriend (whom I hadn't seen since September... well except for a week near Christmas)... on August 1st we got engaged... she left for a semester in China at the beginning of this past September. I started an internship at my church mid-way through September, dropped most of the work at the bakery (I still work the Monday sanitation shift). In mid-October I picked up a third job working for a start-up media company. Our main contract (if I can call it that) is producing video announcements for the same church at which I'm interning. At Christmas, Abbie (my fiancee) returned from China and then promptly moved away to continue her university studies. It'll be nice living in the same city when we're married (May 16th for those of you wondering).

So... I hadn't touched Apo since, well I don't know when... last night one of my media colleagues asked me about my fractal stuff and wanted me to show here how it was done. Her enthusiasm was pretty infectious. Then today I got a facebook message from one of you, who apparently was looking for me. So I decided that despite my timidness... and fear... about coming back, I would.

I didn't know how to start this... and I'm not sure how to end it.... I don't know that I'll be all that active... heck, I've pretty much forgotten how to use Apo (I'll have to use my own tutorials I think).
Anyways, I'm not dead.
